2. Processing of personal data

In addition to the provisions set out in the other pages (particularly "Cookies"), the following data may be collected and processed through the Website and the use of the respective functions and/or subscription services offered therein:

- Browsing information : data automatically collected by the server during each visit to the Website, such as the IP address or domain name of the computer used by the User to connect to the Website, the URI address ( Uniform Resource Identifier ) of the requested resource, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as an answer, the code number indicating the status of the answer provided by the server ( i.e. good result, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and the IT environment of the User. Included within this category are “social buttons”, which simply allow linking and viewing the social profiles of the brand “ ASTELLAN ” (created on social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Such “buttons” simply allow the User browsing the Website to reach “ ASTELLAN ” directly in the social network by a “click”. In any case, the interactions that occur in the social network are subject to the rules and privacy settings of the respective social network;

- Personal data provided voluntarily by the User/Visitor : these are the data provided by the User by filling in electronic forms for registration and account creation on the Website, submitting a purchase order and/or making a request for information, such as name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, address, telephone number (also mobile phone number) and additional data or information contained in messages sent to the contacts indicated on the Website, or by filling in forms published on the Website and for the purpose of subscribing to specific services (such as the creation of a "wish list" or subscription to a newsletter service). Data related to the order and purchase process fall within the scope of this category;

- Online payment related data : With respect to payment related data provided by the User, ASTELLAN Fragrances Ltd. London processes only the payment status information (successfully completed/declined) provided by the online payment companies and credit institutions that manage credit card payments. All additional information related to accounts ( e.g. PayPal), prepaid cards or credit cards is stored by the entities that manage the relevant services, which do not have the right to use the data provided through the Website for other purposes.

For the purposes indicated in this information notice, the Company does not collect or process any data relating to Users that may be considered “special categories of data” under the GDPR (e.g. personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions or trade union membership, and data concerning the health of the data subject).

3. Legal basis and purpose of processing

7. Minors under 16 years of age
